RECITAL SCHEDULE

  Dress Rehearsal & all recitals will be held at the Oconomowoc Arts Center.  All classes will be participating in the Dress Rehearsal and two of our five recitals.  Please use this schedule to find your dates.

Come join the fun! You get a unique experience being backstage with your dancer's class while also watching their dance and all the excitement  from the wings of the stage!  An informational packet will be given to all room moms as the recital gets closer.

 With over 2,500 attendees expected, this event  is a great opportunity to showcase your business to a local, engaged audience.   Thank you for supporting the arts and our talented young dancers!

ON SALE STARTING MON,  MAY 11TH 

​TICKETS: $21.00 

   Tickets are reserved seating and show specific.   Please check the recital schedule for your show dates.  Dancers do not need a ticket for the days that they dance, as they will be backstage during the entire show. 

  COSTUME HAND OUT

MAY 18TH - 21ST

One of the most exciting weeks of the year!     Parents will be invited in for the last 10 minutes of class to watch the recital dance and receive costume details.     Information on hair and accessories will be in the recital costume book after that week. 

STUDIO DRESS REHEARSAL

 JUNE 8TH - 11TH

The studio dress rehearsal will be held during your dancer's regular class time June 8th - 11th. Dancers should wear ALL costume pieces to class including costume, Revolution tights, hair pieces, and accessories - see the Costume Book for details.  Order your tights below for quick pick up at the front desk.

OAC DRESS REHEARSAL

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17TH

• Wed, June 17th 4:00 -10:00PM
  • Rehearsal Schedule
• Dancers should wear:
  • Costume, Tights, Shoes, Accessories- see the Costume Book for details
• Do NOT wear:
  • Jewelry, Fingernail polish, extra accessories
• Arrival:
  • Dancers must be in their labeled row in the auditorium 20 minutes prior to their scheduled time
• After performing:
  • Group photo will be taken backstage
• Finalé Practice Times:
  • 5:30 PM & 7:30 PM
  • Dancers need to practice in one finalé (choose time)
• Done for the day:
  • ✓Danced, ✓Group photo, ✓Finalé, ✓Individual photo

 RECITAL PHOTOS

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17TH

 Individual photos will be taken in the OAC lobby during the dress rehearsal on a first come, first served basis.  Group photos will be taken backstage after each dance.  After the recital, you'll receive an email from Lifetouch Photography with details on how to order.

• Auditorium doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime
• Each Recital will last about 2 hours
• Dancer Checklist:
  • Backstage and ready 20 minutes prior to Recital
  • Stay in dressing room with room mom the entire show 
  • Costume, tights, shoes, accessories, poms - see the  Costume Book for details
  • Water bottle, clean snack, beach towel, toy or activity
  • Have fun!
• Dancers should NOT bring:
  • Markers, messy snacks, juice or soda, jewelry, fingernail polish, extra accessories

Each dance family purchasing recital tickets will receive a free digital download of their dancer's recital performance. One download per family, per recital. Ticket purchase is required to receive the download. You will be emailed a link in the beginning of July.
